As things stand at close of play on the penultimate day, you might be tempted to think that India are clear favourites. It looks likely that India will complete another fantastic win and make it 2-0.

Today's glorious win against England in the semi-final of the Commonwealth Games, the 32 golds, the grand finish in the 1st Test - Indian sport is on a never before high at the moment. It would only be apt that India attack tomorrow from the word go, finish the Aussie tail quickly and then let the batsmen complete the task and make it a splendid 2-0. After all when did India beat Australia 2-0 ever before?

Australia has introduced debutant fast bowler Peter George into their team. He replaced the injured Dougie Bollinger. India has also made two changes to its team. The injured players, VVS Laxman and Ishant Sharma have been left out. Replacing them are Cheteshwar Pujara and Sreesanth respectively.

A tight contest is being expected at Bangalore after the two teams fought a fierce battle in the first match previous week. India lead the series 1-0 right now, but will it finish it like that? ICC T20 World Cup 2010

The 3rd ICC World Twenty20 is all set to begin tomorrow in the Caribbean. The home team West Indies takes on Ireland while New Zealand will face Sri Lanka in the opening day's matches tomorrow.

India are in Group C along with South Africa and new entrants Afghanistan.

Kolkata Knight Riders New Purple Jersey: IPL 2010

The Shahrukh Khan co-owned Kolkata Knight Riders team has not had a very happy time in the two previous editions of the IPL. While they have during both the previous IPLs been the most talked about team, thanks to the star power of SRK and the controversies around Ganguly, their ex-coach John Buchanan and the multiple-captain theory, their performance on the cricket field has not been much to speak about.

Probably that's what has triggered the team management to go for a change of colours. For IPL 2010, the Kolkata Knight Riders are all set to come out in a new colour: PURPLE. Yes, the KKR team have decided to shed their 'gold and black' coloured jerseys and go for 'purple' - probably expecting that the new colour will bring them better luck.

Let's hope that the Purple Knights will do better in IPL 2010. All the best, SRK and Dada!
